Well established London law firm with an excellent reputation is seeking a legal Administrator/client service assistant to join their team that handle work for mortgage lender clients. The role is pretty evenly split between Admin and collating personal and financial information and incoming and outgoing telephone work and duties will include:- *Dealing with all incoming calls to the team from borrowers, banks, law firms and bailiffs and trustees *Maintaining electronic diary of all outgoing calls accompanying notes *Issuing New Case Welcome letters and contacting borrowers to formulate and agree a repayment plan with the borrower *Make decisions as to whether to hold fire on the case, grant more time or progress a case to litigation. *Deal with all incoming post and emails for the team They’re after a bright and confident person required (graduate is fine but not essential) someone professional on the phone as the team are under constant scrutiny by the client to maintain and guarantee quality assurance. An understanding of litigation, some customer service skills or telephone training a big advantage Great opportunity to work for a very successful West End Law firm, good prospects for progression (the bulk of the team are law graduates or studying LPC part-time) working as part of a young, vibrant and focussed team that all collaborate and support each other.
