Superb opportunity to take on a newly created HR Mangers role within a very successful City organisation. Although they have only 50 staff they who work alongside some of the world’s largest corporations so their standards and expectations are very high. As part of their expansion they would like to find an experienced HR Manager who can help create policies and procedures and implement a learning and development and appraisal programme for their employees. They have grown quickly so this will be their first in-house HR Manager (previously used an HR Consultancy) so you have plenty of scope to expand the role and really make it your own. Ideally you will have at least 5 years previous HR experience. Possibility of some home working (1 day per week)a and some foreign travel.
