AGENCY RECRUITER TO GO ‘IN-HOUSE’ – CITY LAW FIRM – £55,000 + BONUS

Are you currently working in legal or professional services recruitment but don’t enjoy the targets and KPI’s? Here’s an opportunity to represent a firm who offer one of the most sought-after working environments in the city as Internal Recruiter, assisting with the sourcing and recruitment of Business Support staff and qualified lawyers.

You will enjoy communicating and be highly articulate as for many candidates you will be the only point of contact throughout the application process so making a professional and positive impression at all times is essential.  You will also have a flair for organising and negotiating to ensure the recruitment process keeps to planned deadlines.

Ideally you will have obtained 2 years recruitment experience within a legal recruitment consultancy or other professional services organisation and enjoy liaison with recruiters, senior management and department heads.
