Successful and expanding law firm based at St Pauls is actively recruiting an Archives Supervisor to provide support to the Archives Manager to provide a first class storage system and retrieval system for the Practice, Internal and external clients.

This supervisor role will be the first point contact for the majority of Archives team staff queries for all the UK offices and you’ll need a strong enthusiasm to be a key part of large Archives projects that currently are being undertaken

To apply you’ll need similar Archives Supervisor experience in a law firm or other professional services organisation, and previous experience using an electronic storage system/database – experience using Elite will be an advantage.

This role is initially offered on a 12-month fixed term contract basis.
