CDD and Conflicts Analyst – join a growing team with so much opportunities for career growth! This is an initial 12 month contract with a starting salary of £55k and lots of benefits including bonus!
This position will focus primarily on managing the firm’s risks regarding new clients, mandates, and use of client account.
including
analysing conflict checks for new matters;
conducting customer due diligence and risk assessment of clients and matters;
analysing any sanctions connections;
and advising the firm’s fee earners on the legal and reputational risks of new business, ensuring at all times that the firm’s reputation is preserved, and professional conduct rules are complied with.
The role will also include the provision of training to the firms’ new joiners in relation to Anti-financial Crime and Matter Management policies, creation and maintenance of information barriers, and assisting junior analysts with any queries arising in their day-to-day roles.
