Chartered Legal Executive – Real Estate to £80,000

Global Real Estate Specialists who have experienced phenomenal growth over the past 25 years is actively recruiting due to expansion, for a Chartered Legal Executive to join their in-house Legal team.

This role centers around four key areas: –

• Supporting Legal Counsel and Associate Vice President in building an effective and scalable legal function and processes for the management of an ever-growing portfolio.
• Collaborating with the Portfolio Management team to enhance value.
• Managing renewals including 1954 Act process and tactics.
• Contributing to ESG initiatives including energy efficiency and solar projects.

You will be working closely with the Portfolio Management team and external advisors to manage various real estate assets and companies, including multi-let assets in the UK and Europe.

What you need to apply: –

• You will be a Qualified Chartered Legal Executive (England & Wales).
• Have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification legal experience in a City law firm, In house legal team, or real estate focused investment fund; strong candidates outside of this range will be considered.
• Substantial experience in commercial real estate transaction law and real estate litigation.
• Fluent (spoken and written) English; additional European language helpful.
