We are seeking a Team Assistant to join a fantastic mid size law firm in their litigation and dispute resolution practice group. This team consists of 18 partners, seven senior counsel, 53 associates, 12
trainee solicitors and seven paralegals. The practice is supported by a PA team of 15 which consists of one group
executive assistant, six senior team PAs, five team PAs, two junior team PAs and one administrative assistants.
You will be assisting with document preparation including, printing, photocopying, scanning and engrossing documents;
General administration tasks such as paper filing, e-filing and processing finance forms;
Handling telephone calls in a professional and polite manner and taking accurate messages;
Closing and archiving files.
This is a great first role for a school/college leaver looking for their first admin role in London.
