As CRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the firm’s CRM strategy, driving adoption, ensuring data integrity, and embedding best practice across international offices. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, manage a dedicated CRM team, and act as a trusted adviser to partners and fee-earners.
What you’ll do:
Lead CRM initiatives and champion data-driven business development.
Manage and enhance systems including InterAction and Vuture.
Oversee data governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks.
Support global campaigns, client programmes, and onboarding for new offices.
Deliver training and foster engagement through a CRM Champions network.
What we’re looking for:
Significant experience in CRM management within a law firm or professional services.
Expertise in InterAction and Vuture, including integrations and upgrades.
Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach.
Knowledge of GDPR and international data protection requirements.
A passion for data-driven marketing and continuous improvement.
