An experienced legal secretary with extensive document experience is sought by a firm that is really going places!
Our client is a top 50 law firm with a great reputation who really pride themselves on their friendly and supporting working culture!
You will have experience of working on a variety of legal documents especially corporate documents of varying sizes. You will also have experience of digital dictation.
You will be part of a team providing document production services to the entire firm so you will be able to prioritise and organise yourself with ease but also be able to communicate with all levels of colleagues to advise them on process and deadlines.
When the firm is particularly busy you will also be able to cover departments that require extra PA assistance so you will be able to use all your legal secretarial skills in this role! This is a permanent role with hours of 9.30 – 5.30 Monday to Friday.
Ideally you will have 3 years document experience either from a Document Production background or a legal secretary role that had a large amount of document requirements.
