We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and engaging Early Talent Advisor to support in the attraction, recruitment and development of trainees and apprentices.
This is a very varied role – you’ll deliver many of the operational aspects of the Firm’s Early Talent programmes, contribute to wider strategic projects, plus provide support to the Early Talent Assistant, working on Attraction, Selection and Development: of around 35 trainees and apprentices.
This is a full time role, including agile working and occasional travel to other UK offices and events.
To apply you will have previous experience in a recruitment, HR generalist or early talent role, ideally in a legal environment, certainly in a professional services setting such as banking, financial services, accountancy or investments and really enjoy meeting people and being part of their transition from education into the workplace.
This role may be of particular interest to Early Talent Assistants looking to make their next move to advisor level.
