They would like an experienced Legal PA/EA with previous law firm experience who has worked at board c-suite level before, co-ordinated workflow, coached junior members of staff and managed their performance, able to identify areas of improvement, deal with difficult and sensitive situations and able to solve problems.
The job is pretty evenly split between PA and supervisory duties. Good legal PA experience at Senior/Managing Partner level in any practice area is essential as is some previous experience of mentoring and performance-managing staff.
