This very successful mid-sized law firm (400 staff) is keen to recruit a facilities co-ordinator to provide a full service to the firm and ensure that a seamless, efficient and high-level service is offered to internal and external clients. You will collaborate with the Facilities Manager, administrative staff, hard and soft service contractors and other departments to address facility-related concerns and provide backup support during the Facilities Manager’s absence.
The key responsibilities will include:
TO APPLY – YOU WILL NEED AT LEAST 3 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN THIS TYPE OF ROLE WITHIN A PROFESSIONAL OFFICE ENVIRONMENT, BE USED TO DEALING WITH SENIOR MANAGEMENT, ATTENDING MEETINGS AND PUTTING FORWARD PROPOSALS AND HAVE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE OF OFFICE MOVES AND REFURBISHMENTS.
