This US-headquartered law firm has been in London for the past 20 years and have grown to the size where they need an experienced Front of House Co-ordinator to take control of their FOH and Client Service function.
Its super-varied and will include a great deal of admin duties, working closely with HR and Marketing and generally providing a fantastic visitor experience. The firm currently have 70 staff and will grow steadily throughout this year, and this is a standalone role, with a big focus on the visitor and client experience.
They require an experienced FRONT OF HOUSE RECEPTIONIST, WHO’S USED TO DOING MORE, IDEALLY FROM A LAW FIRM, ACCOUNTANCY PRACTICE, INVESTMENT/MERCHANT BANK ETC, AND BE USED TO MANAGING A BUSY RECEPTION AREA.
