This role will be of particular interest to senior HR Managers or Business Partners seeking to move into a more strategic role, heading up the HR function.

Highly successful mid-tier firm (40 partners) is actively seeking to recruit a Head of HR. Working closely with the firm’s Chief Executive the role is wide-ranging, developing and implementing HR initiatives and overseeing and/or take the lead on complex employee relations such as grievance and disciplinary cases, leading on HR-related projects and management and development of the HR team

To apply you’ll need a strong HR background at senior management level within professional services, proven judgement and decision making skills, the ability to forge successful working relationships at all levels of seniority and Strong Employment Law credentials. Part or full CIPD qualification or Degree required.
