A top 100 law firm is recruiting for a head of HR to lead a team of HR business partners and provide senior management support to ensure the firm’s HR strategy and day to day functions are met. This is an ever evolving role with a number of exciting projects being commenced and more planned so a real opportunity to make your mark quickly. The HR team are super friendly and collaborative and really know how to work to each others strengths but there is still desire from the team to be mentored.
You will lead all HR activities and work with the Partnership to maintain and develop new strategy, including employee benefits, ER policy, recruitment, retention, learning and development, graduate and trainee recruitment.
