Job Description

Brand new role – heading up the newly formed “Internal Client Services” team (“the team”) that provide dedicated services across all practice groups in the Firm.

You will be responsible for ensuring the Internal Client Services team deliver the highest level of internal client services to Partners and fee earners through an excellent client support service based upon a detailed understanding of Partners, fee earner and clients’ needs.

The Internal Client Services Team comprises of the Secretarial function, Reprographics, General Office, Archives and Reception and it’s a service-orientated focussed role – setting the strategic direction for, and proactive management of, professional and efficient internal client services that Partners and fee earners receive.
