Our client is growing their HR team and this is a brand new role for them!   You will  have previous admin experience and ideally an internship or exposure to HR.   This is a superb opportunity to gain excellent exposure to all aspects of HR administration within a dynamic and super friendly team!

You will work closely with the London HR administrator as well as the Advisors who are based in London and Reading so you will be able to support team members working in other locations.

You will be involved in all aspects of HR including being a first point of contact for employees across the firm with HR queries and assisting with the coordination of all HR Paperwork and new starter induction programmes.  You will be a pivotal team member of the firms learning and development function  and assist with the programming as well as reviewing learning developments across the firm.   Your role doesn’t end here – you will be involved in CSR, Diversity and Inclusion, the firm’s social committee and assisting with the firm’s trainee recruitment process, summer vacation schemes and trainee inductions!

No two days will be the same and there will be lots to get involved in!!
