An impressive recognised International Law Firm in the City is looking for a HR Advisor to support on HR initiatives across a nationwide practice area.

This is an evolving HR team so if you’re looking to progress and grow within a new HR team across various offices and you’re happy to be flexible and contribute towards the development of the firm, then look no further.

They’re looking for an experienced HR professional with HR Officer/ Advisor level, with experience in a Law Firm dealing with the full employee lifecycle including shared parental (maternity and paternity) and occupational health reports.

This is a varied role so they require a HR Advisor to provide HR Support, dealing with day to day matters, including resource planning, maternity/paternity/ parental leave, absence, health and performance management, employee’s relations support, managing performance and giving feedback along with disciplinary issues and grievances.

This role is initially offered on a 12 month Fixed-term basis.
