Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their small but busy EMEA HR team.    You will be an experienced HR Advisor who has covered regions outside of the UK and are familiar with working with employees throughout the EMEA region.  This is an initial 1 year contract.

As an advisor you will be a true point of contact for all levels of staff including senior management and you will be able to work in line with firm wide practices but have the acumen to ensure that the policies can work within different regions.   London is the hub for all EMEA support and you will be involved in all HR functions to support the EMEA teams.

You will enjoy working and supporting employees and teams that are working across offices in the region and the different working styles this will entail to ensure the population is supported with the best advisory experience possible.

The London HR Team are a busy and friendly team who like to share knowledge and best practices, whilst also embracing innovation.

 

You will already be working at advisor level and have exposure to EMEA (ideally at least two of the regions), law firm experience is not essential but you must have experience within professional services (banking, accountancy etc).

 

This is a role where you will be exposed to all levels of staff including senior management across the firm and our client would love to employ a candidate who is confident in their abilities and would like to grow their skill base with
