Our client is going through an exciting  phase of growth and this has led to an increase in the HR team!   You will be an experienced HR Advisor who is looking for a firm that is dynamic and progressive and will allow you to business partner with departments and really make this role your own!

You will cover all aspects of HR and be actively involved with employee relations, resourcing including succession planning, compensation and benefits and firm wide projects including learning and development and CSR initiatives!

You will be able to work in a small team and be able to assist team members working from other locations as well as being happy to travel to locations including London and the home counties.

Law firm experience is not essential but experience of working within a partnership or professional services will be highly desirable.  Our client can offer a lovely working environment in all their offices as well as a collaborative working culture.
