Are you looking for a role and firm where there is true progression to an Advisor level?  Do you have 6 months experience of providing a client facing HR experience (not just administration) and enjoy supporting a diverse and interesting population?  This could be the perfect role for you!

Our client has a truly global reach and as a full service law firm they have clients that cover all industries and sectors – this means they are busy as a firm and do need a HR team to support them that can work in a fast paced and as experts in their fields.     Due to internal promotions our client is seeking an HR assistant who enjoys a client facing role and loves to work in a dynamic and ever evolving HR team.   You will be the point of contact for the business support departments and you will be able to swiftly and efficiently deal with all manner of queries from maternity leave through to assisting with performance issues.  You will be guided by senior members of the team of what to escalate but you will also be encouraged to get involved in more in depth matters as you gain experience and confidence.   Our client doesn’t expect you to be in a role for a certain amount of time before you are promoted – it is about your own development so you will have the opportunity to go from HR Assistant to HR Advisor!


Legal experience is not essential –  our client has senior members of the team that have come from industries that include; professional services and retail.

You must be confident and knowledgeable and be able to build integrity quickly!
