Large, but ever so friendly firm based close to St Pauls – City Thameslink is keen to recruit an L&D Administrator. It’s a busy and varied role where duties will include administrating the firm’s Business School Programmes, preparing and sending out joining instructions and any associated materials, working closely with the L&D Advisor to manage programme participants data, managing their Learning Management System, responsible for managing Intranet admin, to ensure that that L&D pages are informative and up to date, Scheduling relevant courses, booking processes, manage attendance and monitoring of the L&D inbox.
To apply you will have good admin skills and at least 6 months office experience, computer literacy – competency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential
