Award-wining law firm with a fantastic reputation for nurturing and developing their staff have a brand-new role as HRIS Administrator

You will be  supporting the Firms HRIS data management and work proactively to ensure the system is working as effectively as possible. Your responsibilities will include:-

  • Act as a key point of contact for the new HRIS, having detailed knowledge of the system and its data to ensure you can answer and deal with queries or issues independently or where applicable, with the support of the HR Systems Manager
  • Work with internal teams (IT, Finance) where necessary to support the testing and queries that arise from the HRIS integrations
  • Manage independently the Firms position management administrative changes
  • Execute independently, or support with regular system processes such as imports/bulk updates, basic configuration changes, management of permission roles and onboarding document updates • Support with regular data cleanses and reconciliations. Working with large sets of data including data manipulation and updating data where relevant or highlighting where processes may be failing or need adapting to ensure data is collected in the right way
  • Demonstrate an ongoing endeavour to ensure data integrity and transparency is achieved in all aspects to do with managing and providing people information
  • Work proactively to ensure data is maintained accurately and completely
  • Have a strong understanding of how data flows between the core HR database and other systems across the firm and specifically the downstream impacts on other departments
  • Update user or internal HR documentation as required

To apply,  you will have  CIPD Level 5 accreditation (desirable) or equivalent relevant experience, previous experience of working with HR Management Systems (ideally SAP/Success Factors) or a strong interest in developing career within a HR systems specialism.

A background in the field of HR or IT systems support and an appreciation of the importance of our people systems and the need to strive to be better in every aspect of our service delivery and an understanding of data protection regulations e.g. GDP
