This superb City law firm (1,000 staff) have asked us to find them an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their 40 strong IT department. The role will have you answering requests for support and wherever possible dealing with these remotely or escalating where this is not possible. You’ll need to have a great knowledge of Microsoft Office and be able to assist with the setting up of new users, some CRM queries and generally promoting the use of the firms IT solutions.
