As their IT Helpdesk Analyst you will be part of the Central Service Desk providing a professional and consistent level of first and second line support to 1000+ staff by telephone, remote control and desk-side visits. They will be looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst who has good knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010, particularly Outlook and Word, also experience of supporting and troubleshooting mobile devices including Blackberry smart phone, mobiles and tablet devices. Furthermore, knowledge of Document Management System, ideally Worksite and experience of using Active Directory. Legal experience is essential as you will need knowledge of Legal specific applications such as InterAction, Carpe Diem, Time Builder and Laserforms a big advantage.
