Do you have at least 12 months IT Helpdesk experience and are looking for a step up and a new challenge? One of London’s best known law firms is keen to meet an IT Service Desk Analyst, providing a high-quality support service to the whole firm as part of a busy but ever so friendly and collaborative team, providing all aspects of IT Support by telephone, remote control and desk-side visits. You’ll need sound knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook and Word and experience of working on a busy and demanding Service/Help Desk supporting a large user base within a Legal Practice or other professional services firm.
