International Law firm Headquartered in London is keen to recruit an IT Support Analyst to join their Guildford Office.
You will be providing high quality support on all aspects of IT primarily for Guildford but also there is the opportunity to provide telephone and remote support to all the offices globally.
Typical duties will include desk-side support, investigating and taking ownership of issues, consulting with the Tech Support Team, troubleshooting – MFDs, Phones & Laptops and providing updates for the IT knowledge base.
To apply, you will need a good knowledge of Microsoft applications especially Outlook & Teams, experience of supporting multi-functional devices, laptops and phones including iPhones and hopefully, experience of using an Incident management system.
