A career position with one of the city’s best known law firms, this position is responsible for working within the risk management (‘RM’) department in its client matter inception (‘CMI’) team.
The role will involve liaising with partners, fee earners and staff members firm wide, in connection with the review of new business, including on client due diligence (‘CDD’) specifications for fee earners and secretaries, re-approving of CDD and on identifying and facilitating resolution of conflicts of interest and confidential information issues.


You’ll be working as a member of the CMI team, reporting to the MLRO, head of conflicts and General Counsel – reviewing incoming conflicts searches and seek enhanced information, conducting conflict searches, identifying any conflicts issues and escalating these to the head of conflicts and General Counsel, reviewing the CDD collated by fee earners and secretaries and either approve it or identify what is missing and a lot more.


To apply, you will have good academics and a minimum of a years’ previous experience of working as a CDD & conflicts analyst at a law firm or in a professional services environment.
