Job Description

Top mid-sized city firm is keen to recruit an experienced Library/Information Specialist to work part-time 20 hours per week (by negotiation).

It’s a busy and varied role, with responsibility for electronic resources management, Co-ordinating training sessions for fee earners, trainee solicitors and others, management of the Intranet providing a research service to the firm, developing relationships with the fee earning teams and building a presence for the IS team.

Another key responsibility is to provide support for the roll out and content management of new Information Technology in the future.

Previous Information/Law Library experience in a law firm essential, along with experience of  LNB, Westlaw UK, PLC, Nexis, Lawtel etc. Experience of Sharepoint an advantage.
