Our client are a superb growing US law firm based in the heart of the City are seeking a new Marketing Assistant to join their Marketing team and work across the full range of marketing duties including – event management, preparation of pitch presentations and communications materials, maintaining marketing databases and coordinating the production of internal and external marketing literature!
You will work directly with managers and be fully involved with all aspects of marketing! No two days will ever be the same! Your duties will range from coordinating the delivery of pitches using the latest templates, to assisting with legal directory submissions, to preparing and updating online content and coordinating and organising seminars webinars and event activities!
You will have 12 months experience of working within a similar role as a marketing administrator and are looking for progression or an apprentice – law firm experience is not essential but professional services experience will be highly sought after!
The team are quite a flat structure so you’ll have the opportunity to develop really quickly!
