This specialist, boutique law firm has grown quickly, to the point where they are seeking an Office Co-Ordinator to handle a very varied admin role that will include: –
it’s a busy and responsible position and they are wanting someone to develop it once you have settled in. The working atmosphere is busy but relaxed, very different to a big law firm and they are friendly and socle.
To apply you will have: –
At least 2 years experience working in a busy office co-ordination and admin role, with exposure to both reception/front of house duties and office co-ordination responsibilities.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt their approach to the needs of others; and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
