A global law firm is seeking a talented and driven future trainee to work as a paralegal to support its Corporate and Banking Transactions team. You’ll play a vital role in managing complex deals, working closely with partners and attorneys to deliver first-class service to clients. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who has secured a training contract and is looking to gain outstanding transactional experience before starting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with transaction management throughout the deal lifecycle
• Draft and review documents, checklists, and corporate authorisations
• Support due diligence processes and maintain document workspaces
• Prepare closing sets and manage post-deal records
Requirements:
• GDL and LPC or SQE 1 & 2 qualifications
• Significant paralegal experience in Leveraged Finance at a major law firm
• Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours as part of a dynamic deal team
