This superb City law firm have asked us to find them a senior payroll professional to co-ordinate and run their monthly staff payroll process. They have around 1000 staff based in beautiful new offices very close to St Pauls. You would be the person in charge of the process so previous relevant payroll experience is needed. They have just invested in an excellent new software package and are happy to provide cross-training to the right person. There’s some exposure to benefits too although they do have a team of Benefits specialists that advise employees on what the firm offers. You’ll spend your time liaising with both the HR and Finance teams. It’s a superb opportunity to take control of your own process and has potential to grow into a management role.
