Top specialist Patent & Trademarks for is keen to recruit a Records Assistant to help the Records Team with administration of the firm’s Records database. Duties will include:-

  • Scanning of daily post into the records system
  • Filing correspondence onto the records system
  • Providing administrative support to the wider Records team on an ad hoc basis
  • Downloading EPO, UKIPO post in the absence of the firm’s other Records Assistant
  • Converting Records e-mails and sorting them into the correct categories.

To apply, you’ll need an interest in data management, an interest in working within a modern professional service environment, good attention to detail, good IT skills and an ability to pick up new systems quickly
