Job Description

 Great opportunity to join a boutique legal recruitment company based in lovely City offices close to Liverpool Street station. You will be providing administrative support to a small group of consultants helping them manage their busy schedules. Duties will include speaking to candidates and clients to gain availability for interviews and using our bespoke recruitment software to manage diaries and keep in touch with our extensive candidate base. You will also be involved with updating our social media presence and posting on-line advertising. Ideally you will have around six months previous office experience (can be as part of a year in industry whilst studying) and have a confident and outgoing personality as you will also be meeting and greeting our very important clients and candidates when they visit our offices.
