You will enjoy communicating and be highly articulate as for many candidates you will be the only point of contact throughout the application process so making a professional and positive impression at all times is essential. You will also have a flair for organising and negotiating to ensure the recruitment process keeps to planned deadlines.
Ideally you will have obtained 12-18 months recruitment experience within a legal recruitment consultancy or other professional services organisation and enjoy liaison with recruiters, senior management and department heads.
