Join a top 50 law firm in their award winning and top tier department!   Working with HR and Partners of the department you will be pivotal to the team of PA’s working in an efficient and successful manner!

You will be a true leader but also work as one of the team – so all your communication and adaptability skills will be used.    You will have a minimum 2 years experience as a secretarial coordinator/group secretary/team leader and have proven experience of managing the secretarial role alongside managing your awesome team.

You will take the lead with all first line HR matters as well as yearly appraisals, new starters to the team and associated probation reviews as well as work flow coordination, absence management and fee earner allocation.

The team are great and they are looking for someone who is enthusiastic passionate but will also work with the PA’s and deputy coordinator to mentor and progress them!
