We are delighted to be partnering with our client in their search for a new Secretarial/PA Manager. This is a high profile role and you will be true conduit between the PA population and the fee earning population. Our client really value their PA’s and they want a manager who will be a true PA ambassador for the group and across the firm in the London office and globally.
In brief the role covers all aspects of management including:
- day to day management of the PA’s and Senior PA’s
- training and development
- staffing and recruitment
- absence management
- managing staffing budgets and manpower
- leading and being involved in group wide and firm wide projects.
The ideal candidate will be truly driven by success, particularly the success of the PA group and ensuring allocations, training and reviews really capture the success of individuals.
This is a busy role and the Secretarial/PA Manger for the group the role looks after do cover a wide variety of working styles for fee earners and PA’s alike so we do need someone who can be flexible, adapt and be extremely tactful when delivering messages and seeking out information.
The PA population are high performing and the firm can attract really outstanding PA’s when they come to market.
