Large international law firm with an excellent reputation is currently recruiting for a Team PA to support their Head of Knowledge Management + team. Its working closely with the Central Management teams including the Managing and Senior Partners and it’s an involved role working with a friendly, creative team, quite different to working for lawyers.
This is a key role within the team and essential the ‘Face’ of the KM function so it’s a highly visible role where you will be encouraged to build strong business relationships with all business function heads and the principal training partners. A lot of diaries, a lot of scheduling and the opportunity to get involved woth knowledge management and training events.
The successful candidate should have a solid sense of how the department functions and understand the goals and objectives of the Knowledge Management Team.
You will need to be highly organised and driven, whilst having a strong track record in providing Admin support in an emotionally intelligent way and enjoy responsibility and taking on projects.
PA experience gained at Head of Department level is required (Law Firm experience is not necessary) but corporate experience is, as is an innate sense of fun, someone who wants the best for themselves and the firm.
