A friendly, well-regarded set of barristers in central London is looking for a BD & Marketing Administrator to support its part-time Marketing Manager. Chambers has just over 40 members across business, employment, family, housing, property and public law, and is ranked as a leading set by the main legal directories.
The role will include:-
Produce BD and CRM reports, and financial reports for monthly management committee meetings
Be the day-to-day contact for BD initiatives, including speaking opportunities, webinar run-throughs and pre- and post-event email campaigns
Update marketing materials, manage website content and do some copywriting
Support LinkedIn activity and the legal directory submissions
Run CRM email campaigns and report on engagement
Organise client events and analyse the feedback
Handle ad hoc marketing requests
About 15% of the role is supporting the Chambers Director with library purchases and general admin.
The successful candidate will have:
At least six months’ marketing experience
An understanding of business development
A great eye for detail
The ability to stay calm under pressure
Self-motivation and good organisation
Good people skills: diplomatic, adaptable and persistent
