Executive Assistant

A leading law firm is looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support a small group of partners in a fast-paced Banking & Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex diaries, meetings and scheduling
• Handle inboxes, draft communications, and prioritise key emails
• Coordinate billing, WIP and financial processes
• Organise travel and logistics end-to-end
• Support business development activities and events
• Act as a key liaison across teams and with clients

About You

• Experience supporting senior stakeholders, ideally in professional services
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a proactive, “can-do” approach
• Able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Strong MS Office skills
