A leading investment management firm is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to the Board to join its Governance team in Mayfair, London.
This is a genuinely rare opportunity: rather than stepping into an established structure, you’ll be part of founding one, providing tailored front-line support to the Chairman and Board Members as the Board itself takes shape.
In this role you will
Manage and coordinate the Chairman’s calendar and priorities
Coordinate Board meetings, agendas, presentation materials and minutes
Take detailed Board meeting minutes and manage follow-up with cross-functional partners
Research and arrange complex travel, including transportation, accommodation and transfers
Provide out-of-office support while the Chairman is travelling, across time zones
Act as a professional first point of contact on the Chairman’s behalf
Use judgement to manage priorities, escalate issues and flag concerns as they arise
You will bring
15+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting c-suite executives
Exceptional organisation, multi-tasking and project management skills
A high level of professionalism, discretion and emotional maturity
The ability to prioritise conflicting demands and resolve issues quickly
Strong judgement in ambiguous, fast-moving situations
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Diplomacy and assertiveness in equal measure
