Due to a promotion, an opportunity has come up at an amazing firm for a Facilities Assistant to join their Facilities team!
Ideally you will have worked in a Facilities role before either within another professional-services firm in London. Your day-to-day tasks will be taking and logging calls on the Helpdesk, assigning jobs to contractors for specialist issues, producing reports and working with budgets. A great role where you have the best of both worlds in being able to work around the building but still having to do more senior administrative tasks within the team.
