My client is an award-winning global law firm and is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Workplace Services team. This role is ideal for someone with strong client-facing experience who thrives in a professional office setting and takes pride in creating a seamless and welcoming workplace environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver an exceptional service experience for clients, visitors, and colleagues.
Support meeting rooms, events, and workplace spaces, ensuring they are always presentation-ready.
Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external visitors.
Coordinate requests with multiple support functions to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Conduct workplace inspections to maintain high standards across the office.
Support office moves, workspace reconfigurations, and event logistics.
Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Previous office-based facilities/workplace experience in a client-facing, role.
Experience working within a professional corporate office environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach.
The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
