The role
As the Front of House Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a confident, polished and efficient reception service across multiple reception areas and meeting rooms. Daily responsibilities include:
Greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism
Managing cloakroom items, visitor passes and temporary access cards
Overseeing meeting room checks, daily setups and bookings via the Condeco system
Coordinating refreshments, equipment and room configurations
Handling courier deliveries, taxis and travel arrangements
Maintaining immaculate reception and waiting areas
Liaising with facilities, hospitality and wider business teams
Assisting with lost property and general enquiries
This varied position requires someone who enjoys multitasking, staying organised and representing the firm with confidence and poise.
About you
To succeed as a Front of House Coordinator, you will bring:
Corporate front‑of‑house experience, ideally from a law firm, financial services or similar professional environment
A passion for exceptional client service
Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Professionalism, excellent presentation and a naturally friendly manner
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confidence using MS Office and experience with booking systems such as Condeco, Opera, Manhattan or Rendezvous
Flexibility to work rotating shift patterns between 7am–7pm
