Working within a collaborative Internal Client Services team, you will support a positive safety culture across UK and international offices, partnering closely with Facilities, HR, and key stakeholders.
The Role
As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will provide practical guidance and support across a broad range of health and safety activities, helping ensure compliance and continuous improvement across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day health and safety advice to colleagues, managers, and contractors
Support the development and improvement of policies, procedures, and systems
Ensure compliance with legislation and internal standards
Carry out inspections, audits, and risk assessments, tracking actions through to completion
Assist with incident and near-miss investigations
Produce reports highlighting trends, risks, and performance
Support training, inductions, and awareness initiatives
Work with Facilities and Office Managers to ensure consistent processes across sites
Monitor contractor activities and controls
Support ISO 45001 and related compliance activities
About You
NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) is essential
Experience in a health and safety advisory role, ideally within a professional services or multi-site environment
Good knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
