Our client, an international law firm with over 200 partners, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a professional services organisation on a six‑month fixed‑term contract.
Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Business Services, this role will deliver commercially focused HR advice across the full people lifecycle, including employee relations, leadership coaching, and organisational change within a regulated environment.
The candidate will have:
Strong HR Business Partnering experience within a law firm
Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and ER matters
A pragmatic, commercial approach and strong stakeholder credibility
CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
