A leading law firm is looking for an HR Systems Administrator to join its collaborative HR Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands‑on HR systems experience who enjoys working with data, improving processes and supporting a high‑performing professional services environment.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting day‑to‑day HR data management and firm‑wide reporting
Helping manage and continuously develop the firm’s HR system
Designing and building end‑to‑end workflows to automate and improve HR processes
Producing complex Excel reports and presenting insights to stakeholders
Liaising with system vendors to resolve HRIS issues
Supporting annual pay gap reporting and salary review processes
Contributing to ongoing improvements across HR operations
About you
At least 1 year’s experience working with systems, ideally within HR
Comfortable working with HR information systems and Excel
Highly organised, detail‑focused and able to manage multiple priorities
Confident communicator with a professional, team‑oriented approach
Proactive problem‑solver with a practical “can‑do” mindset
Genuinely interested in supporting the wider business
