Learning & Development Coordinator – London (International Focus)

A leading law firm is seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Learning & Development Coordinator to help shape the attorney development experience across its international offices. What You’ll Do
Coordinate firmwide training programmes and track attendance across international offices
Stay on top of bar licence and certification renewals for London, Paris and Brussels
Monitor visa expiries and manage verification and renewal processes
Oversee L&D elements of onboarding and departures, ensuring smooth transitions
Partner with Knowledge Partners and U.S. colleagues to maintain and enhance LMS content
Support England & Wales regulatory requirements, including continuing competence monitoring and bulk renewals
Manage logistics for Practice Group training sessions and maintain accurate training trackers
Assign and track compliance courses to support new joiners
Contribute to the Associate Review process for European offices
Produce multi-jurisdictional training and compliance reports with high accuracy
Lead accreditation applications for relevant training programmes
Create and distribute NoviSurvey attendance surveys and maintain precise records
Provide departing attorneys with fully updated training certificates and reports
Maintain weekly U.S. training reports and update compliance dashboards
Administer LMS events, learning paths and credit allocation
Book external training, track spend and process approvals
Support Inclusion initiatives and broader firm events
Assist with mentoring programme administration
Manage departmental invoices and expenses
Take on additional tasks that support the ongoing growth of the L&D function
What You’ll Bring
Degree-level education
Experience in a professional services L&D environment (law firm experience advantageous)
Strong service mindset with excellent communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, solutions-focused approach
Confident working with stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills
Professional, polished and able to handle confidential information discreetly
Tech-savvy with strong MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills
