LEGAL ANALYST/PARALEGAL – COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE | LONDON | £55,000-£58,000

Do you have commercial real estate experience and want to get closer to the deals? Our client, a property business with a large UK and European portfolio, is looking for a Legal Analyst to join its in-house Legal team.

You’ll support the lawyers and paralegals on property acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management. That means compiling transaction files, handling post-closing items, preparing tenant notices, supporting routine lease activity (licences, easements, releases), managing trackers and invoices, collating KYC/AML responses, and liaising with outside counsel and internal teams.

You’ll bring:

• 3+ years’ relevant experience,  in commercial real estate (essential)
• A legal environment background and familiarity with leases and property documents
• Strong organisation, accuracy and deadline management
• Confidence with Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint

It’s a varied, hands-on role in a friendly team, with real exposure to the full property lifecycle.

This role is initially offered on a 12-month contract basis
